Avalina embraces a whole-person wellness philosophy through Salus™ by Solvere. It’s a multi-faceted approach to wellness that focuses on every resident's potential to achieve his or her personal wellness goals regardless of physical or emotional challenges.

Who constructed the community?

Leo A. Daly of West Palm Beach. The architectural firm combines planning, architecture, engineering and interiors expertise. Capital Contractor Services of Hallandale, is the general contractor and the interior design firm known for its extensive portfolio of renovation projects. Thomas Engineering Group is the landscape architect.

Who is the developer for Avalina?

Panther Management Services, LLC, and is managed and controlled by Jeff Krinsky. Panther is a diversified Miami-based real estate company active in the ownership of commercial and residential property and has a long history of directly owning, developing, redeveloping, repositioning and operating real estate in joint ventures.

Who manages the community?

The community is managed by Solvere Living, LLC. Solvere Living is providing the vision to bring a standard of excellence to Avalina and to meet and exceed your and your family’s expectations. Integrity, transparency and loyalty are the values that form the basis of the management philosophy.

The Solvere team includes highly credentialed executives with proven expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Wellness and Development Services.

Are there a variety of floor plans to choose from?

Avalina offers a variety of residences for assisted living, including studio, one-bedroom and deluxe one-bedroom with balcony options. Residences range in size from 340 – 900 square feet and have been thoughtfully designed to maximize living spaces. All the assisted living apartments feature well-equipped kitchenettes with granite countertops and European cabinetry, and large windows with coverings. The roomy private suites for memory care in the Valeo™ neighborhood have private bathrooms and roll-in showers. Finally, because Avalina is the area’s only senior living community with a backup generator, you’ll have the power for air conditioning, internet, TV and whatever else you need.

What is the fee structure?

Avalina Senior Living offers you flexibility and control over your budget with an annual residency agreement versus a large buy-in fee. The community has a one-time community fee of $2,500 and a monthly service fee based on the residence type. The assisted living monthly fee starts at $2,800 which includes dining, utilities (except phone), programming and more, with five wellness package options ranging from $250 to $1,250, based on individual needs. All-inclusive memory care services start at $5,600 per month.*

I’d like to learn more about becoming a resident. What is the process?

A fully refundable, non-interest bearing $1,000 deposit will reserve an apartment while you complete the application process. Once you have completed the application process, you will convert your deposit into an apartment reservation for a specific apartment and begin the move-in process.
